About
PolyDraft is an AI website builder operated by BlackMonolith, Inc. in Washington, DC. It exists because the two available options for getting a website were both bad: template builders that trap your site on rented hosting, and agency projects that cost thousands and take months. We built the third option.
Why we exist
We studied the AI website builder category closely before building anything, and every product in it shared the same three blind spots.
First, ownership: the finished site stays on the vendor’s hosting, so it disappears the day the subscription lapses and the source code is never available. Second, evidence: copy is generated fluently with no research behind the words and no keyword data anyone can inspect. Third, AI-search readiness: “GEO-optimized” appears on the feature list while no site ships an llms.txt file or makes a deliberate decision about AI crawler access.
PolyDraft was built to close all three. The agent researches your market on the live web, plans each page against real search demand, writes original copy from your verified facts, ships the technical and GEO layers by default, and then deploys the finished site to your own cloud account. What you end up with is an asset you control, not a subscription to a page.
Where we are
These are our own build figures. We publish no review scores, customer counts or revenue claims we cannot document — three builds are written up in full in the showcase, and more are being prepared.
Operating principles
PolyDraft never fabricates statistics, reviews, testimonials or client names. The verified knowledge base built from your own materials is the only source of business truth the agent may use. If a fact is missing, the copy works around it rather than inventing one.
Generated images are used for mood and context, labeled as such in the image library, and never presented as your actual products or premises. Your real product photos are used exactly as you provide them.
Sites deploy to the customer’s own cloud account under their own domain, with no platform hosting fees. Canceling does not take a deployed site down, and Agency plans export the full source code. A customer who can leave is a customer we have to keep earning.
Credits meter the actual work performed — site building, keyword research, web research, images, preview time, storage. Subscription credits refresh monthly; bonus and purchased credits never expire. Building is free, and you pay only to publish.
Every page is planned from live search demand data — volume, difficulty and intent — and from analysis of the competitors already ranking. Fluent copy with no evidence behind it is the industry norm we are trying to end.
