Everything published here is drafted with AI assistance, sourced to first-party documentation where a claim is checkable, reviewed and approved by a named human before it goes live, and corrected in public when it is wrong. We do not publish invented statistics, reviews or client results.

First-party sources first
When an article states a checkable fact about a standard or another product, it links the primary documentation for it — the specification, the vendor’s own docs, the official reference — not a blog post summarising them. Secondary coverage is used to find a source, never to substitute for one.
Facts and opinions stay separate
A sourced fact and our reading of it are written as different sentences. Where we are making a judgement call — that one approach beats another, that a trade-off is worth it — the text says so in our own voice rather than dressing the opinion up in a citation that does not actually support it.
Citations are shown, not implied
Articles that carry sources list them in a visible Sources section at the end, and every listed source is also linked inline next to the claim it supports. Both directions are enforced by an automated test, so a source cannot be added for decoration without being used, and a claim cannot quietly lose its evidence.
No invented numbers
We do not publish statistics, benchmarks, growth figures, review scores, testimonials or client names that we cannot substantiate. Where a number would help but we do not have one, the text says the figure is not published rather than estimating it. A fabricated figure is worse than a missing one: it gets quoted onward, and the correction never travels as far as the claim did.

What matters is that AI assistance is not a licence to publish unverified claims: the sourcing rules above apply identically to AI-drafted and hand-written text.
A human approves before publish
Nothing reaches the live site automatically. A person reviews the draft, checks the claims against the sources, and approves the publish. When a draft cannot be substantiated, it gets cut rather than softened into vagueness.
Images never impersonate reality
Generated images are used for atmosphere only. They never depict a customer’s actual product, premises or team, they are labelled as generated in the image library, and alt text describes the scene rather than claiming it is ours.
03 — Accountability
Authorship and dates
Articles are published under a named person with a stated role and a public professional profile — Vincent Chen, Founder of PolyDraft and CEO of BlackMonolith, Inc. — and the byline links to that profile from every post. The standards behind the byline are on who writes PolyDraft. We publish no biography we cannot support and no photographs of people who did not write the work.
Every article shows its publication date, and its last-modified date is carried in the page’s structured data so an assistant quoting it knows how fresh the reading is. Substantive rewrites move the modified date; fixing a typo does not.

Comparisons cite public evidence and date it
Every comparison page states which competitor documentation was reviewed and on what date, because a product comparison silently rots. We separate documented behaviour from first-hand experience: where a statement rests on reading a vendor\u2019s published docs, it is written as that and nothing more. We do not claim first-hand testing on paid competitor accounts that we did not run.
Comparisons name where we lose
Each comparison names cases where the other product is the better choice. A comparison that never concedes anything is advertising with a table in it.
No affiliate or sponsored content
We have no affiliate relationship with any product mentioned on this site, and nothing here is paid placement. No article, comparison or showcase entry has been sponsored, gifted or exchanged for coverage. If that ever changes, the disclosure will appear on the page itself, not in a footnote here.
Case studies separate delivery from outcomes
Showcase entries list the delivery facts we can evidence from our own build records, state plainly that results are not publicly disclosed, and carry an explicit list of what we do not claim about traffic, ranking, conversion or revenue.
05 — Corrections
Getting something corrected
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Write to support@polydraft.ai with the page URL and the claim you are disputing. Pointing at the source that contradicts us makes it faster, but it is not required — the burden of evidence is ours, not yours.
Factual errors are corrected in the article itself and the modified date moves. A correction that changes the meaning of a claim is noted in the text rather than silently edited away, because quietly rewriting history is worse than the original mistake. We do not remove a page to make an error disappear.
We are a small team, so the honest expectation is the same one we publish for support: a first human reply within five business days. Corrections to a factual error are prioritised over everything else in that queue.
Unsupported claims
What this policy is not
- This policy has not been certified, audited or reviewed by any standards body, press council or third-party organisation. It is our own commitment, published so it can be held against us.
- We are not a news organisation and we do not claim editorial independence from our own commercial interest — this is a company site, and most of what it publishes argues for our product.
- We do not claim every article is exhaustive, or that a sourced fact stays true forever. Documentation changes; dated pages tell you how fresh the reading was.
