How do I contact PolyDraft support?
Email support@polydraft.ai or send the form on this page. A real person replies to your first message within 5 business days.
How do I get enterprise or custom pricing?
Choose "Enterprise pricing" as the topic in the form and tell us your seat count and expected volume. Standard tiers — Starter $39, Pro $99 and Agency $299 per month — are published in full on the pricing page.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Email support@polydraft.ai with your billing details and we will handle it.
How long until someone replies?
Your first human reply arrives within 5 business days. We do not promise faster than we can reliably deliver, and we do not use a bot pretending to be a person.
Do I need to contact sales to start?
No. Building a complete site is free and needs no conversation with us at all — new accounts get 500 welcome credits, and you pay only when you publish.
