Credits meter actual work, transparently
Credits are consumed by site building, keyword research, web research, AI images, live preview time and storage — the real work the agent performs on your behalf. There are two kinds: subscription credits, which refresh every month, and bonus or purchased credits, which never expire. Transparent credit economics is one of the principles we operate by.

Do PolyDraft credits expire?
Subscription credits refresh monthly. Bonus and purchased top-up credits never expire, so credits you have paid for stay available regardless of how your workload varies.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@polydraft.ai, and the first human reply arrives within 5 business days. Billing runs on secure checkout in US dollars.
Are there hosting fees, and what happens if I cancel?
There are no platform hosting fees, because your site runs in your own cloud account. If you cancel, the deployed site keeps running — you simply stop using PolyDraft to build and update it.
